"I have been doing boot camp with Andrew since December 2008 and
I absolutely love it! It is the best thing I have ever done for
myself. He has helped me to achieve my goal of getting back in
shape and losing weight. The group that attends boot camp is a
great group of people and we all encourage each other when we

signing up for a boot camp, don't be! Come workout with Andrew

had 8 knee operations. Throughout my entire life, I was an all
around athlete. In 1997 I was involved in a horrible car crash.
By May of 2008, I was so crippled I was headed for a wheel

"It all started one day when I woke up and looked at myself in the mirror and said out loud
"who is that person looking back at me." I didn't recognize her any more. I was going through
a bad period in my life and I let myself go - ate and drank whatever and whenever I wanted
to and however much I wanted. That day was the turning point for me. I used to be so
active and athletic and the person in the mirror was anything but that. I got online and googled
personal trainers in the north Austin area that would make house visits as well. A few trainers
popped up and I began "shopping." I met Andrew and we had an instant connection and I just
knew he was the right fit for me. I began with Andrew mid November 2008 and was wearing a
size 12 and weighing close to 160. The most I have ever weighed in my life.
Andrew was my Godsend.... he truly was and still is. He truly takes an interest in your needs and
takes the time to understand what who you are and that attentiveness helps him achieves the
goals he plans for his clients - especially me. We are now at the end of March 2009 and I am close
to weighing 122 / 123 pounds and in a size 4. WOW - truly remarkable. Andrew is extremely
knowledgeable in his training and extremely motivational - he pushes you to achieve your goals
and makes it fun while you are doing so - from jokes to high fives and "way to go's" and
"looking good" and "you know you can do it - stay positive." All of that is so helpful to one that is
trying to lose weight and feel better about oneself. I am so much more confident now than I
have ever been and I truly owe that - the positive thinking, theresults, the confidence all
to Andrew and his caring andpersistence and belief in me that I could accomplish my goals.
I have recommended Andrew to a few people and will always continue to do so. He is the trainer
you need - simple as that!!

"I began working with Andrew in October of 2007. It was
time for me to stop avoiding exercise and get better at eating
healthy. Heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure
and cancer all are genetically inherent in my family--and at
37, I decided I didn't want to go there.
Andrew has a really positive and very personalized approach to
fitness. He believes in progress, not perfection.
He carefully assesses my fitness level and has, for the better
part of the past year, taught me that I can eat well *most* of
the time, and I can exercise four to five times a week, be
really successful AND enjoy it (yes, I really do enjoy it!).
I'm a lot stronger, a lot leaner, and a lot smarter about what
I eat. I'm not perfect, but I don't have to be--better
is always the goal!

"I began training with Andrew on
March 27, 2008. At that time I was 138lbs with 32.1%
body fat. My goals were to change my eating habits, lose
10(lbs), get my body fat within a healthy range and to
increase my cardio endurance. I was very dissatisfied
with how quickly my breathing would spin out of control when
running for less than a 1/2 mile. In other words, I
wanted a life style change.
I made a commitment to work out 3
days a week with 6 days of cardio and monitor my calorie
intake by keeping track of everything I ate.
Since May 28, I am excited to
report my weight of 127 lbs with 28.7% body fat. I am
currently running 3 1/2 miles 5 to 6 days a week. Making
good food choices for me and my family and exercise has become
a daily part of my life. I did it! Thanks so
