beyond what you thought was possible. Together we will implement a safe and
progressive program to get you to your goal in the safest and
fastest time possible.
-The initial consultation and fitness assessment is our
starting point to a more healthy and beautiful body. Here is will I
will learn about your past exercise history, current limitations,
medications taken, current strength abilities, current
cardiovascular ability and fitness goals to design a program that is
right for you.
-The workouts we do are different every single day. This prevents the human
bodies natural ability to adapt to exercise, resulting in plateaus.
Your program will be customized to your needs and goals, and will be
constantly changing, challenging, and confusing your muscles!
