Our Fitness
Boot Camp is
a 4-week,
challenging
and unique
exercise
class that
delivers
tremendous
results, all
while still
having a
“fun”
component
built in! It
is an
energizing
group
fitness
class
designed to
help you
achieve your
fitness and
weight loss
goals!
Our typical
session
includes a
strength
training,
cardiovascular,
flexibility
training in
60 minutes.
It is
difficult to
say what a
typical
class looks
like because
our class
changes
everyday!
This to
prevent our
bodies
ability to
plateau and
to alleviate
boredom. You
can expect
every class
to
incorporate
the use of:
Medicine
Balls,
Resistance
Bands,
Creative
Body Weight
Exercises,
Team Relays,
Obstacle
Courses,
Core
Exercises,
Cross Fit
drills, Plyo-Metrics,
Kettle Bells
and much
more!
Simply go to
the
boot camp

Select the
camp you
wish to
attend and
follow the
instructions
provided. We
accept cash,
check, or
credit
card. After
we receive
your
registration
form, we
will contact
you to
evaluate
your fitness
goals along
with your
current
fitness
level.
If it rains?
This is BOOT
CAMP!! We
aren't
scared of a
little
water! If it
does begin
to lightning
however, you
will be
notified by
your trainer
if class is
cancelled.
At our
North Austin
boot camp,
our class
will be
moved
indoors to
our private
training
facility.
The studio
is located
at 300 W
Huntland
Drive.
Bring a pair
of dumbbells
(5-10lbs) ,
workout
clothes, a
water
bottle, an
exercise
mat, and a
positive
attitude.
Optional
items to
bring to the
camp are
hand towels
to wipe your
sweat,
gloves to
keep you
hands warm,
and a
protein
shake (your
post-workout
drink) to
drink after
your class
so that your
body can
start
recovering
from the
workout.
It is normal
to feel some
soreness
during the
first week
of camp.
However,
your body
will adjust
and you will
only feel
slight to
moderate
soreness
after a week
of camp.
They are
average
people
just
like
you.
There
are many
reasons
why
people
choose
to join
our
fitness
boot
camp.
Some
people
attend
our
class
because
they
needed a
push and
some
motivation;
some are
desperate
because
they
have
tried
everything
to lose
weight
but have
continuously
failed;
some
people
prefer
training
outdoors
rather
than
inside a
smelly,
crowded
gym; and
some
people
join
because
they are
simply
just
looking
for
results.
