Barrett Belknap
|
|
Barrett Belknap holds an
Athletic Training degree from California State
University Northridge
as well as a NASM-CPT and Russian Kettlebell challenge
certification. Originally born in Texas, Barrett began
his career in Athletics by playing soccer and surfing.
After moving to California in 2000 he became bored with
the typical gym workouts and wanted to learn more about
the body and how to increase its potential; physically
and mentally. This led him to explore eastern and
western modalities while applying them in
a rehabilitative clinical setting. His instruction is
designed to follow the intelligence of each individual
body and engage it to move efficiently, healthfully, and
functionally while meeting the demands of each client.
He has a strong belief that
people deserve to enjoy the
freedom of movement regardless of age, physical
condition, and emotional well being. He expects each
client to work hard and smart while also understanding
their bodies needs. Barrett feels that each
client can reach their fullest potential and accomplish
things never thought possible through fun, variant, and
challenging workouts. |
