A
little bit about me.
My name is Andrew Hall, and I currently hold two personal training
certifications, one through the National Exercise and Sports
Trainer Association (NESTA), and one through Expert Rating,
as a Certified Fitness Trainer. I am CPR certified through
the American Red Cross and hold professional liability
insurance. I am currently undergoing a B.A. in Kinesiology, with concentration on Exercise
Science.
I specialize in sports specific training, core
stabilization, obesity, youth training, group fitness, and
balance training.
Throughout my career
as a personal trainer and boot camp instructor, I have
trained many different types of individuals, including
children and those with various limiting conditions, such
as; Knee replacement, ACL reconstruction, neural
deficiencies, shoulder impingement, disc herniation, and
other limiting conditions.
I am truly passionate about helping individuals achieve what
they believed was not possible. It is so rewarding to me, as
well as my client, when I can help them fit into that
smaller sized pair of pants, or help them reduce their
insulin levels for their diabetes. I see myself doing this
forever, and continuing to help and educate individuals
about their mental and physical well being.
